My 10% cpu load is with an i7-8700k cpu at stock speed and a higher MP/s load. I'm not sure which cpu you have, but it looks like the Beelink Ser 5 use AMD Ryzen. The free version may be old but it works for me and gives you control of when the program can start. I don't use it with BI5, but I do use it with Homeseer. Worth a try at that price
