How do I transfer a Blue Iris licence?.

I was running Blue Iris 4 on a computer that had it's motherboard fried during a power outage. I need to transfer the license to a temporary computer, then to a permanent computer. Can this be done?, if so, how?

It is usually done by deactivating the licence in the present BI installation settings, and re-activating it on the new pc, but clearly that is not possible here.
There may be a way if you have a backup of that pc, but I think an email to support may be the best way to resolve this. Send them as much info as you can so they can validate your licence.

It sometimes works for one move without deactivating but you may need to contact support with your info to have them do it.
If the machines are running you can do it yourself like Tim mentioned.
