Geofence issues

I sold my house and moved. I setup the BI iOS app in the new location. when I’m home the profile does change to home but I get a notification about 5 to 10 times a day (when home) saying I left home but it doesn’t change to away. Why do I keep getting this notification? At my old house I never got that notification. I only got it when I left.

Woke up this morning to 66 notifications saying I left home but BI stayed on home not away.

Is it possible that your cell coverage at your new home drops out from timeto-time?

And is this the same BI installation on the same PC that worked well in the previous house ?
