Blank Video in Timeline and Clips Only in Blue Iris Windows App

I'm a new user. I have everything configured the way I want after reading through various tutorials and articles. The problem I'm having is only in the actual Blue Iris software for Windows (the actual camera server). The video is blank when I look at anything that's not live (timeline or clips). If I look at timeline and clips in the remote view, the video plays fine. I'm using the default biv format and have the k-lite codecs installed.

I haven't been able to find a thread like mine. The ones I could find about blank video were about clips not having any data at all or video cutting in and out. My issue is just with non-live playback on the Windows desktop software.

Any ideas?

If you use UI3 on the BI5 pc, can you view the videos ? i.e. use the remote browser viewer on the BI5 pc itself.

I don't have k-lite codec pack installed. No problems so far. Have you tried uninstalling it?

I unchecked the dual stream for one of the cameras, but it didn't resolve the issue for that camera.

I installed the k-lite codecs after first noticing the issue, so I doubt uninstalling them would fix it.

It's not a big deal. I view clips from all cameras from UI3 and setup a VPN so I can view from anywhere. I'll just chalk it up to either user error in setting up the streams or something with my old graphics card. If I have time later this year I might try to look into again, but it's working well enough for me for now.

Thanks for the suggestions!
