Trying to figure out why my mobile-app users (both iOS and Android) only see a partial image of any recorded clip. Meaning: live view shows full frame and all is normal, but clips only show a portion of the image starting at the top left corner going about halfway across and half way down the image. Almost seems as if it's only presenting 1280x720 (or similar) of the entire 3840x2160 frame. The clips are fine and view normal via the UI3 www. I have two servers at the site, 54 cams on 1, 32 cams on the other. Both are running 5.8.6.7. Server 2 is running fine and all normal. I've verified both have the same settings for individual cam video and system www server / advanced / streaming options. All cams are using dual streams. Both are on similar HPE DL series hardware. Have done regen/rebuild of DB. I'm running out of ideas. Any input appreciated.
