Alert thumbnail issues

Hi, lately my alert thumbnail is not the AI confirmed alert. Sometimes it works but other times it shows the initial motion frame. This behaviour started a good few updates ago. Just wondered if anyone had the same issue before I start gathering screenshots to send to support. FWIW no changes have been made to setup, cheers.
