Cannot access audio on remote desktop via openbVPN

Hello guys, geometry dash lite
I set up OpenVPN on both PCs at my home and office. I can access BI5 on the PC at my home through OpenVPN remotely via remote desktop on PC at my office.
However, it seems that the camera audio on my PC office gets its error. I cannot access it ( I am still able play other audio on Pc at my home and hear audio remotely

Do you know what problem happed with the audio on my office PC? How can I fix it?

I use RDP on my laptop in the living room and the LIVE audio from my cameras on BI is silent.
Alert sounds come though but in order to hear audio on a recording I have to trigger and play back the clip or watch the stored alerts or NEW recordings.

Edited: Here is a post that I found from over 2 years ago:
It is a known issue that with Remote Desktop you cannot get sound live unless you do not run Blue Iris as a service.

BI is aware of the issue and has said there is nothing they can do to fix it.
