High CPU usage with specific model of Annke C800

Hi!
I use BI since 2 years, on a laptop with i7-4700H + 16 Go Ram (7 are used) + GeForce GTX 850M + SSD).
I have 6 Annke C800 :
4 x I91BM (with microphone / sound) in 4K mode
2 x I91BF 1 in FHD and 1 in 4K
1 I91BF is in 15 FPS and full HD res.
The second I91BF was not plugged. I plugged it 2 days ago, then... I noticed problems on BI, lag, slow to work, on alerts/records a drift betweens rectangles and objects (rectangles come first, then the video/objects arrive few seconds later.
So I quickly found that it's coming from the last I91BF model.
If I disable it from BI, the CPU usage of BI is 6 / 7% (with BI service + 4 x I91BM in 4K res).
If I enable the I91BF model with low res, CPU usage is 9 / 9,5 %
If I enable the I91BF model with 4K res, CPU usage is 18,5 / 19% !!!
All cameras have the same setting :
- 3840x2160
- constant bitrate
- 12 fps
- 8192 Kbps
- H.265
- + off
- interval gap 12
Please, do you have any idea why ?
