Deepstack GPU under windows 11

Has anyone gotten Deepstack GPU version working under windows 11?
I have a new system with an older Nvidia Quadro K4000. I can use Deepstack CPU version and that works, but I have tried every suggestion I can find and I keep getting Deepstack timeouts with the GPU version.
