Clips/Alerts Disappearing?

My clips/alerts use to go back for 7 days now rarely go back for 1 day. I did not change any settings. Any suggestions what or where to check to resolve this? Thanks - Jerry
Hi,
I would start by looking on the hard drives ("New" and "Stored" folders) to see how far your clip files actually go back.
