Does anyone man the support email at BI?

Two days ago i signed up for the $29.95 monthly support with BI. It was processed and paid with Paypal. But the code they send me wud not work. I emailed their support for help and did again today with no answer. Someone help me on how to proceed or do i just need to cancel and get a refund? Thanks - Jerry.

Are you sure you are entering the code as sent and have you input your main BI code followed by the new support extension code?

Hi, did you add your licence number to the email (Copy and paste from BI5 settings) ? I think it goes into their spam filters if it's not there.

To elaborate on TimG's post...
Best practices for contacting Blue Iris Support - Start the BI console, click on the Gear icon in the upper left --> Get Support button --> Email Support. Read the instructions. That way, you're sure to make it past any spam filters and such. Make sure the Subject will get noticed.
