Blue Iris

I have blue iris set to record continuously and when alerted. I am using deep stack for triggers. So far it's good. However it only records for a second with main stream and then low res sub stream. What setting should I change? I followed the instructions from the hook up video on YouTube. Another problem is if someone is walking by the camera for 10 seconds it will send multiple alerts to the phone app each seconds apart.

I don’t assume so but I wouldn’t sir until you've got permission cause your absolutely now not intended file human beings without their consent but as well is harry potter on netflix that is just me.
