What time are you getting with your 3060, I am getting about 70ms to 85ms

173 - 321 ms on the last two alerts

What are you settings for the ai? What camera?

Below are my settings. Blue Iris is set to send 1080P images to DeepSack. Most of my cameras are Dahua IPC-T5442TM-AS
