Latest Deepstack

Anyone else having issues with the latest version of Deepstack?
I have temporarily stopped using it. The latest version is still triggering both Windows and Avira AntiVirus software. I put exceptions in for the DeepStack directory and executables in the Avira software, and had to override the Windows alert during install.
It also appears to be burying the CPU occasionally - One of my installs had the CPU pegged (I only have DS configured for one camera on that system) and there were some 10+ Python processes running all active and consuming 3-9% of CPU each.
Anyone else running into this, or have others been smart enough not to upgrade to the latest version of DS?
