BI, loitering detection?!?!

Hey folks!
I am new to Blue Iris but I have already made some good experiences with BI. The motion detection (so many settings
) in combination with integrated deepstack is really great. It works very well so far, also at night.
But there is one cam which needs loitering detection or a delayed alert. I know the way, how analytics works with deepstack....
Anyhow is there a way to set loitering detection in BI? Or is it possible to write a program which can simulate this?
I think of that routine:
--> trigger camera by motion of person --> deepstack decides --> person is detected --> wait 30 seconds --> automatic trigger (after that 30 seconds) --> deepstack examines new pictures and decides --> person is deteced (again) --> alert
