Hi all,
Is there audio on the web interface? No one has ever really needed it / wanted it before - normally we just download the clip we need from the server and listen as needed; but I was asked if there should be audio in the web interface and I realized I'm not sure lol. Only a group of our cameras (Amcrest) have microphones. Should audio be available via UI3? Does it require a specific browser or setting?

Yes audio works in UI3. If you have active audio, then look at the UI3 screen at the bottom next to the CPU/FPS graphs. Click on the speaker and it should go green - slider to max if necessary. It really does add another dimension to your footage.

I'm using Chrome browser.

Hmm, I'm looking down there on one of the cameras I know has audio (if I download a clip I can hear the audio), but I'm not seeing a speaker icon; I wonder if I'm missing a setting on the server?
