Convert and export file cant be played back in any editor

Hi
I want to export the best quality so chose to not rencode plus it takes much less time. The problem is the file produced only plays in windows media player, and all other players including any video editors looks to playback with pauses, juddery frames?
At times I need to share the file or put multiple clips together in my editor but it wont work. Camtasia Studio 2021 and Powerdirector 18 cant play it back smooth.
