No Clips - Please help

Hello everyone,
I have encourned a problem on my Blue Iris Server. For some reason, all the clips have been blanked out from the list viewer inside Blue Iris and I can't get them to load back in. The files exist becuase I can see them on the HDD where everything is stored.
Things I have tried.
- Run maintenance
- Compact/Repair
- Repair/Regenerate
- Delete & Regenerate
Everytime I tried to repair or regenerate, it starts out normal, but after 50% it just stops and goes back to the normal Blue Iris screen where I can see a live feed of everything. I can also see that Blue Iris knows that there are files there, but it can't show them.
