Transfer to new PC without Extract?

I've read the ideal way to transfer BI5 from one PC to another but is there an alternative if an extract is not possible? My PC died but the drive and data is good. I installed a fresh copy of BI5 on my new PC and entered the license code. Can I copy specific files from my old drive to the new PC to avoid having to set up all my cameras, phones and configuration?

The minute I posted this I got the following response to an email I sent to support@blueirissoftware.com.

Search your file system for .reg files.
In v5, BI saves 3 copies of your settings in your program install directory, e.g. C:\Program Files\Blue Iris 5.
The files are called backup.reg, backup2.reg and backup3.reg.

I copied over all three backup files and it worked. I had tried that yesterday but copied over just one of them thinking they were versions of the same thing. Either you need all three or I messed something up yesterday. However, copying all three worked today so I'm back in business.

Thank you.
