Blue Iris

Using BI for the past 3 months has proved to be a miracle in out situation. We have successfully added in over 65 PTZ cameras and all work, except for a couple of older FLIR N336ZD1 cameras. While I can make a connection and see the video, I cannot make the BI PTZ to work for those cameras. I can, however, log into the camera directly and control the camera. I have been trying Dahau settings to no avail, too.

Any clues?
