Web Server stops working because port 81 disappears in BI

My BI web server stops working periodically. The fix 100% of ther time is to to run the remote wizard and add BI port 81 again as it somehow keeps getting deleted. I haven't narrowed down the cause yet (BI updates, maybe?) As a troubleshooting step I've turned off automatic updates to see if there is any correlation.
