Deepstack: Alert Cancelled (Nothing Found)

Hi,
I've got both Blueiris and Deepstack running in docker containers on an Ubuntu 20.04 host. Everything seems to be working well except for deepstack which doesn't seem to be finding anything. I know its running fine, and is contactable according to the logs. However every time there's motion all I get is Deepstack: Alert Cancelled (Nothing Found) in the logs.
I've checked the "to confirm" box, I've got motion detection and zones on, with zone A being all yellow. I've got object detection turned off and I've set min confidence down to 5%. I'm running the CPU version of deepstack.
Anything else I can try?
