Blue Iris

I recently upgraded my BI software (already on 5.3.3.16, just want the latest dot release). I did this directly from the software and it took me to the mycommerce site where I paid via paypal. I received the receipt and PO and a note saying the key would be in a separate email. That email never came (I checked spam, etc). I also went back to mycommerce and used the resend button but that did nothing. I also tried sending it to other email addresses (the resend button allows you to change where to send it to) to no avail. How can I find my new license key?

Hi Jeff,

Send an email to support, as they probably won't see this thread. Use the button in BI5 to copy your details and then paste them into the email.

I have just Renewed my version of bi runs out tm but have not recived the new key
so have emailed suport.
will wate and see what happens

Hello, I am also having this same issue. I sent an email to support in the evening of 6/4 (Order placed midday on 6/4).

no response yet...

i emailed support and have been sent a code via email so all good
