Check the BI log files for and error messages referring to 'Clip' or 'folder'. If the BI folder locations have somehow changed, BI will not know where to put these recordings.
Also, screen captures of the BI settings 'Clips and Archiving', and, a cameras 'Recording' tab, would be helpful.
