Live Feed Stuttering / Recorded is Fine

Hello,
I have 2 locations setup in BI. Location #1 is my house and all the cameras are connected VIA a local IP address (192.168.4.XX) This location is working fine with no issues live or recorded.

Location 2 is an off-site location with 200mbps down and 10 mbps up internet connection (same as my house). This feed in BI is stuttering and lagging slightly. I have 3 cameras overlooking the same location with different viewpoints and each one is at a different point within 1-3 seconds of each other and each is stuttering.

When I replay the recorded footage of any of the cameras it's very smooth and no stuttering at all unlike the feed playing live in BI of the same location. 

Limit decoding unless required is unchecked, cameras are running at 30fps, computers CPU is only @ 28% and ram is at 5.7gb
PC Specs: Intel i7-8700 3.20ghz 16gb ram
