PHPBB very slow

It may be on my end, however the Bulletin board software is super slow for me.
Takes forever to sign on and responds to clicks are very slow.

Yep, was moaning about this myself the other week...i can only its either hosted on a server thats well overloaded or from someones house (with a crappy internet connection!)
