Just updated to 5.2.2.2 and have run into issues. When BI starts, it pops up a message saying "could not connect to service process". I click OK and it starts to open, then says that the service failed to start. In Startup, I see that the option to run BI as a system process is unchecked. I check it and BI says it needs to close and restart in order to start the system process. All the camera windows go black and say "shutdown" (or something similar), but BI never finishes shutting down. The only way I can get it to finish is to use task manager to end the process. I've rebooted several times and get the same behavior. I never had any of these issues prior to this upgrade.
Anybody else having any issues on this update? I've emailed support, but also wanted to put it out here.
Is there a link to prior versions that I can revert to?
