If your camera is triggering and recording but deepstack cancels with nothing found, the way I troubleshoot it is to analyze with DeepStack. Playback a clip with an event and you'll see what it identifies in the recording. I found out that it was calling a dog a cow and cancelled the alert. So I put cow in the confirm box. Point is, test it's accuracy. If the playback is identifying everything correctly then you look into timings - what, how much, and how fast info goes from BI to DS. DeepStack Analysis - Fine Tuning Settings has some pretty good information about how to fine tune it.

GPU version, with a Nvidia T400. 2022.01.1 uses the same CUDA and cuDNN versions right?

Looks like others may have a similar issue...

But that was back in January when it was first released.

I think you need to use cuda 11.6 and cudnn 8.3.2. That is what I am using with my GPU.

I made sure to select to be notified by email on replies, but not getting any. Is there any other setting I need to make?

Nope - no other settings. No one gets topic notification replies by email. I let them know and the forum admin insists that it's working properly. (shrug).
