lost stream plaaying alerts/clips on any browser

Since I started using BI5 I have noticed I can not play any clip/alerts for more than 5 seconds until I get a stream lost message, trying to reconnect. cpu 15?, mem 26% disk 6% . Hover on each clip/alert shows a quick play so I know the data is there.
I was able to actually download/convert and play. This happens even on machines I converted from a working BI4 to BI5. I tried change playback at 1080/720 and lower resolutions. I tired continuous recording and it does not matter if wired or wireless cameras. HELP! Thanks, Ray

I can rarely get clips to play. Have you received any input on this issue?
