New to Blue Iris How do get Help Setting Up!!!

I just purchased Blue Iris V5, Built a AMD Server. Need Help Setting Up Motion Detect.
Customer Service does not respond. YouTube Video's set to ver 4.
Finally, Got Trigger Working. but it looks like BI continues recording after the event in the time line the blue field extends longer than the event.

Please, Help. Old Retired USAF Sergeant, YES we don't know everything...

The official BI youtube page (hard to find) has current videos and may have info to help. They are currently doing a weekly webinar that is recorded and their most recent was on Triggers and Alerts. They previously also did recording.
