iOS client does not allow me to use push

I am on the latest version of Blue Iris, and my iPhone has the latest version of the client. When I go to any of the cameras and try to use “Push Notification”, it toggles on,
Then jumps back to off again.
I have my phone set up on the Blue Iris server, and I have an able to push notifications on the server side. It has been this way ever since I upgraded to version five. Any ideas?
