IOS Push Notifications No Working

hi guys, im having problems getting IOS Push Notifications, blue iris 5.3.0.2, ipad or iphone, last version of win 10, no antivirus and blue iris allow firewall rules, ports to blue iris are open and working, this is the error that im getting



does any one knows what is this error and how can i fix it

I can't even get an error. I set up everything correctly. But when I press Test, nothing happens. I am also using Version 5.3.2.1. I tried everything but no mobile alerts on both IOS as well as Android.

I assume your BI server is capable of reaching the Internet?
