IPC 360 Panoramic Fisheye Network Cam

Post by Michale32086 »

Seems to be my day for issues..

Just got in an IPC Fisheye network cam to cover a room with a wall safe in it..

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Panoramic-Wire ... 2749.l2649

The Web interface is reminiscent of the ESCAM interface but that config doesn't work.. Neither does FOSCAM or GENERIC/ONVF..

All give me a:

NO SIGNAL

Error 8000274D

.. error

A FIND/INSPECT produces this result:

Opening 10.xxx.xxx.xxx port 554...
HTTP Get / request...
OK
ONVIF GetSystemDateAndTime
HTTP 404
Opening 10.1.10.204 port 8999...
ONVIF GetSystemDateAndTime
HTTP 12029
Checking for common cameras...
Foscam FI86xx/98xx compatible?
Foscam FI89xx compatible?
Foscam FI9821 V2 compatible?
Foscam FI9821 media port compatible?
Cantonk port 34567?
RTSP port open?
No automatic configuration made
Done

Any help would be most appreciated...

It says it supports RJ45/wifi 802.11b/g/n but I couldn't find anything about RTSP, ONVIF, or compatibility with BI in the listings for it on Amazon, ebay, or gearbest.

I think you may need to email them and ask some specific questions about whether it hast RTSP or ONVIF or some other stream that BI can grab.

With that said, it looks like a decent little cam for under $20. I could see putting these in places that don't warrant a more expensive camera.

I also saw this - re branded under many names. Thought about getting one just to see if it works.
There must be a way. It says it's H.264 with 2 resolutions, 1.3 and 2mp. I'd be surprises (and disappointed) if it were MJPEG.

Can you login to it via IE? The info will be in there somewhere.
Do you know the IP:port number? You should be able to get this from your routers device table.

I'd ask them specifically...
- What video method does the camera stream? MJPEG, ONVIF, RTSP
- How to pull the video into Blue Iris, or, just about any camera software.

I can log into it and can adjust IP and video settings.. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any PORT info within the firmware GUI...

The GUI looks like the ESCAM type firmware.. But that preset doesn't work on any of the settings

I'll email the company again but I have a feeling that I know more about the tech specs then they do..

Thanks again..

I'm pretty sure the text below translates into "No". They'd probably recognize the acronyms 'ONVIF' or 'RTSP' if the camera supported either of them. I suppose you could mail them back one more time and try to clarify what you're asking about, but based on their response I'd bet the camera doesn't support RTSP or ONVIF.

What do you type in when logging into the cameras web interface? This will tell us the port #.

Would the Onvif Device Manager https://sourceforge.net/projects/onvifdm/ be of any use here ?
