Hard drive crashed-how to download BI 5 again?

My hard drive crashed on my comp, I had a cloned hard drive which I swapped out and it has my old Blue Iris 4 on it. Prior to the crash, I upgraded to BI5. I have the new license key for the upgrade but cannot find a way to download BI 5 without paying for it again. I contacted support and so far all they told me was the software is available from the download page. Yes, it is IF I pay the full price for it! So does anyone know how I can get my BI 5 upgrade back? I did try the "upgrade-renwe" on the Options tab of BI 4 but when I used my new key it failed and said that key has been applied already or something along those lines.

You can download the full version of BI from their download page. You may need to enter your BI license key... you did save it somewhere, didn't you?

I just tried it again and it downloads with no questions asked. It is the newer ver 5.0.8.0.

On my BI PC I am using 5.0.0.56 and do not care to upgrade as it seems flawless to me.
