Time discrepancy with vieweing

Post by ZSasha »

Hello,

I'm experiencing an issue and hoping for some assistance.

My camera operates non-stop, 24/7, with motion detection and AI that tags only human or vehicle movements.
Given that AI isn't infallible, I regularly review the "Cancelled Alerts" to ensure no critical events are overlooked.
However, I've encountered a timing mismatch between the "Cancelled Alerts" displayed by BI and the actual footage.

Please refer to the attached screenshot for details.
In the "Cancelled Alerts" column on the left, BI indicates a cancelled event at 12:22:57.
But when I select the event to view it, the playback begins at 12:45:48, which is nearly 30 minutes post-event.
The file is also named "NewGarage 2024/5/4 12:22:57," as seen in the screenshot.

The only way to view the correct timeframe was by manually moving the progress bar to the start, revealing the file begins at 12:22:53.

Right-clicking the event and selecting "Properties" displays the image with the accurate timestamp from both the camera and BI.

Could anyone shed light on why this discrepancy occurs?

Thank you.
