No Audio

BI used to have audio, now, no audio. Using Amcrest cameras. If I remotely login to the cameras, I have audio. If I use BI, there's no audio, so it must be a problem with BI. Audio channel is enabled for each camera. BI settings show audio is enabled. The speaker icon is enabled and when I click on it, it goes green, but there's no audio. Any ideas?

If you right click on the camera's display in BI's main console, do you see "Play Live Audio" as the second item under camera settings? If so, is it bold (enabled)??

Tried that, the speaker icon turns green, but there's no audio.

how about in BI's camera settings, video tab, Video tab, click on configure, do you have anything in the Audio Stream Profiles? Mine is "64kbps G.711 u-law"

Mine has the same. I tried this also: When BI is open and I open a camera's audio, I went to my PC's audio settings and tested it. I hear sound, so there's no problem with my PC's sound. I also updated Windows 11 and my audio driver. Again, there must be a disconnect somewhere within BI.
