Odd thing. Scrolling through the timeline, I see several cameras flicker, some at the same time, some at different times. If I slow down and manually scroll, at the flicker, during playback, It gives me like a single shot of a different time. Like 3-6 hours ahead, 1 hour ahead,
I have to feather very slowly to catch it. Watching at normal speed, it's only an instant flicker. A bug? this Screenshot was at 6pm today. Notice the other cameras time.

I'm the first to admit that I'm not the smartest guy, but I bet I'm not the only one struggling to see what you're talking about. If you posted a video on YT or wherever, that'd help.
