how long does it take Blue Iris support to respond to emails??

Did you use the email template from your BI General Setting Screen that includes your support info (at least that was the preferred way a year or two ago).

HeneryH asked a valid question. That info includes your key. Without that, your email will go into the spam folder.

To answer the original question - usually within 48 hours.

I sent the original key and the upgrade key as well

Normally a couple of days but you have to make sure that you use the proform that is generated from within the app

OP: I hope you didn't send a follow up email message. That puts you back at the bottom of the queue :?

As stated before, did you use the copy/paste pro forma from BI5 ?

sent key numbers in first email then with the info that came from machine in second email(not a reply to original email)
