Can't upgrade to 5.8.8.x or 5.8.9.x

Hi,

I'm currently on 5.8.7.11 and have had Blue Iris for a number of years, using Deep Stack with it.

I can't seem to upgrade anymore. Ever since 5.8.x the service crashes very shortly after starting.

Can anyone help? Windows 10, nVidia latest game drivers, Cuda 11.3

Try disabling hardware acceleration within the main setup tab and in each cam then try updating?

Tried that - no difference.

Try disabling all your cams and then see if it works?

Another thing worth trying is disabling running Bi as a service then see if you can update and start the app without it crashing?

Right I've narrowed the issue down. It crashes as soon as the web server is connected to at the following address:

http://[LOCAL IP]/h264/office/temp.h264?stream=1

(where "office" is a group name)

Works ok with single cameras - but as soon as you try to stream a group it crashes.

No idea I’m afraid, it a feature I’ve never used.

Best thing to do is to log a ticket with BI Support.

I've emailed the support email for Blue Iris and heard absolutely nothing back?

LOL they literally emailed me back 30 seconds after this post saying it is fixed in 5.8.9.5
