"Lost" Password

I've been using Blue Iris for several years. Some time back I set the password to something obvious that I would remember, "campass" and I'm sure that's what I made it.

But anyway, I restarted windows recently but my password will not work to open Blue Iris. What gives and what can I do about it? I tried uninstalling and re installing but that obviously didn't work because of the registry. I knew before but took a stab at it.

I was looking at all your wonderful help and saw some warnings about messing with the registry entries for this, so I though I would ask before I do what my old mechanic would do and, "take whack at it"

Easiest thing to do in uninstall BI. When it asks to keep the registration info, say 'NO'. Re install and setup.
