Do you have a current valid support plan in place?

If not then you can’t update to beyond a version of BI that came out after your support plan expired.

So going back to an older version of BI should solve the issue.

Maybe am there should be a sticky post re licensing and evaluation mode as this same or similar gets posted regularly?

Can you clarify what you mean by "Reset", if you removed and reinstalled, did you check that your serial number is entered correctly. Do you have a current support contract, if so is the support contract number entered properly. If your support contract is no longer valid did you reinstall the current version, if so then that is the problem, you will need to install a version that was issued while your support contract was still in effect.

and the installation of an old version is pretty easy. Just run the updater from that past version and you should be good. Old installers/updaters can be found on ipcamtalk.

Good morning
In fact I had a problem with blue iris and I launched a backup_upgrade_50 that I had saved, in fact it gave me an old blue iris with the old license key.
THANKS
