Once you find a cameras IP address and connect to the web interface on it you should be able to see a live view so you know which camera you're dealing with. What brand of cameras are they? Also, even the cameras that are still working should be looked at to make sure they either have static IPs or DHCP reservations as well so their IP addresses won't change sometime later.
