PTZ DAHUA DH-SD22404T-GN

I read 2 post, with problems woth this cam DAHUA DH-SD22404T-GN the video is OK, but the PTZ not move the cam.
I change all combinations of PTZ , but not move, in DSS and web is all ok.
The version of BI is the v4 m but i read other post the same problem with the v5 version,
ANy idea?
