How did you configure this? For me Blue Iris keeps dropping the connection and reconnecting every few minutes. If I enable RDP/UDP it seems stable but I see 15-20% CPU increase. Something isn't optimized in Blue Iris when using UDP as compared to TCP.

Seems to be working quite well. I am currently watching a group with three V3 cameras and one V2 camera via the UI3 web interface as I type this and it seems to be working quite well. Almost everything is default settings, and are exactly the same as my V2 cameras. Here are three screen captures that should show my config. Note that because this forum is https and the images are from a non-secure web server, on some browsers (mainly Chrome), the images will not imbed. Therefore, I have posted the url for each image after what should be the imbedded image.

Let's see if I can make this work on this forum...

I have used the exact same settings and it works, but video drops every 3 minutes or so.

If you check your logs, do you see many connection restored messages for the V3 Wyze cameras?

You need to post one more screen shot to show how to make it work: the audio tab, showing it DISABLED. If enabled, it crashes bi every 3-10 seconds.

I have been trying to test out Blue Iris before trying to purchase, and I first tried testing with a Wyze v2 and tried everything and don't get any success with that one, and then just now I finally flashed my Wyze v3 camera hoping it would be a better experience, and at the moment I get nothing from the camera when I configure it exactly as shown in the images from the post above. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, as I have RTSP enabled in the camera settings, so I'm at a loss why others seem to be working just fine but I cannot get any Wyze cameras to work. Could this be due to the fact that I'm in demo mode and this will not work until I have a license?

No. You're missing something in the settings. Both V2 and V3 beta firmware work with BI 5, registered or demo as I've tried them both.

If you want to test out the RTSP feed to either wyze cam version, use VLC to load up the stream. If it doesn't work there, it's a settings issue on the camera, or firewall on the system you're using. If it works with VLC and not BI then it's a settings issue on BI.
