This is great. I've downloaded for my 820A and will install immediately. But I have a slightly OT question: I also have a 520. Is the 1sec iframe upgrade likely to be released for other cameras (specifically the 520)?

I'm using four of them, along with two '820a's.

I had problems initially but contacted the manufacturer who provided a beta version of the firmware that allows setting of the keyframe ratios which sorted everything.

I've set my interframe space to 1.

If you contact them and ask for "IPC_523128M8MP.494_21073003.RLC-810A.IMX415.8MP.REOLINK.pak" you may find that also solves your issues.

Struggling with the RLC820, I love the Image Quality and Night Vision is amazing!! but Deepstack alerts only seem to work 25% of the time, I was able to get the Main/Sub stream working and both show an avg of 13-15fps in BI. I copied the camera profile when adding from another camera that is working perfect yet Deepstack doesn't show most motions alerts in the log file.

Camera is on my Porch showing the front door/lawn/driveway, I walked out of the house to the car and within seconds got an alert. Great! I got home pulled car in driveway walked in and nothing. My Deepstack alerts are setup for person only just like my other cameras that work 95% of the time for alerts. (Other cameras, HikVision, Amcrest)

Also with the latest update of BI something changed and all my cameras greyed out the option for record dual streams if possible

I have been fighting with the 810A for the past week with their support and they have been focused on different stream sizes. After reading this thread I tried the following;
Used the ReoLink Model H.265 RTSP setting for the camera without the Decoder compatibility mode setting and ensured using the reolink windows client that the interframe space is set to 1 for both the clear and fluent streams
Using the ReoLink Model H.265 RTSP setting versus the Generic/ONVIF, has resulted in much better fps and the key frame rate imporoved from between 0.25 to 0.33, close to 1 as shown below. The system CPU utilization is lower and the recordings no longer pixelate or go all grey and it seems to be capturing all images, unlike before.
My only issue is the alerts only play back around 7-9 fps so they are a little choppy
