There is a new firmware on Reolink page - 3.0.0.412 dated 14/7/2021. It solved my problems with dropping frames to below 2 ps and disconnecting. I have it now running for 6 hrs and I still have "no singnal"=0. There is also an option to adjust key frames frequency now. It seems that my 810a is working OK for the first time :)

Is the 3.0.0.412 firmware on the Reolink website? The latest I see on the Reolink website is dated Jan 21, 2021.

Someone whom already downloaded it mind posting the latest firmware?
Seems they removed it from the website as the latest I see is:
V3.0.0.250

It seems that firmware 3.0.0.412 has solved all the video dropouts and stuttering with my 810A and it works well with BI5 single stream, however duel stream is still a problem. I have tried many options, but I still get video dropouts and stuttering duel stream. I am writing new video to an SSD drive that never exceeds 20% utilization, my CPU seldom hits 50% utilization, and my network never exceeds 15% utilization. Does anyone have this camera working duels steam with BI5? If so, can you share your config?

Thanks @mailman2000 . It's a mystery to me how such an important update can come without some fanfare. And even more that it can be pulled without any discussion of why or when it will re-appear.

New firmware got posted yesterday. Looks like the .450 version talked about earlier, but now with the same number as the last firmware (.250)

Grab it while its hot (and before Reo removes it again..) Im updating 1 one my 810 to see if there are any changes in drops..

edit: Interesting enough, the .PAK file says version .494.

edit2: Firmware version now says
Firmware Version v3.0.0.494_21073003

I have six 822's, and have been spending the last few days going through settings and tips and firmwares and finally stumbled on a red herring that was tripping me up. I hope I save someone else as much time as I wasted as it was painfully simple and probably nothing wrong with Reolink. It could be that I had secondary issues that I fixed using the settings that sbaker1106 provided, but I sure didn't notice until fixing this other issue.

Under the Camera's tab of the main BI settings is a setting that limits the refresh rate while using Remote Desktop. My Blue Iris computer is tucked away in a closet, I purely connect to it via RDP. So when I changed the setting from 5-sec update to Unrestricted, I noticed massive improvements.

To be clear, I'm using sbaker1106's posted settings, and the latest firmware that MrE alerted us to, the .450 firmware disguised as .250 released 20/08/21.

So far, my setup is running really really well, thanks @sbaker1106 for your guide.
