No Name Camera No PTZ control on ONVIF

I need help getting my PTZ control to work on BI v4. with no name camera. Video is working fine. I can control the camera by directly connecting to it with IE v10. or from ONVIF Manager.
Inspection fails with 192.168.???.158:8899 but video comes up anyway with:
Make as Generic/ONVIF
Model RTSP H.264/H.265MJPG/MPEG4
Path /
Camera 1
On the BI camera properties access on the PTZ/control page I have enabled PTZ and tried various Network IP settings ONVIF, PelcoD etc.

In the camera’s PTZ settings it is set to pleco D channel 1, address 1, baud rate 115200 (tried change this), Data bits 8, stop bits 1, parity none
I have also tried changing the ONVIF port from 8899 to 8999 but it did not work.

I requested help from Blue Iris support and quickly received a reply from Ken which worked.
“Please try the CantonK port 34567 camera option in BLue Iris for this one. If I should like a new make/model for this one, please let me know.
