Anyone get SV3C Nanny Cam 825 to work with BI?

I wanted this cam for my basement, it pans tilts and zooms and has two-way audio, motion/face and sound tracking. I can get it to work with BI, connects and works for between 5 to 9 seconds and then the camera makes a click and I lose connection. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't tried that camera specifically but I do have (and love) the SV3C cameras I do have. Can you show your "Network IP camera configuration" from BI? Are you using it wired or wireless? Are there any firmware updates for it? SV3C updates are a bit of a pain to find/locate but they're here -> https://sv3c.com/fireware/

I have a couple of the dome cameras from them that work well, and I have a PTZ cam that I just bought for $189.00, so far I like it, hoping it has some longevity. I'll have to get time to post my BI configuration.
