Will ReoLink E1 Pro Pan/Tilt work with BI? How?
The new ReoLink E1 Pro has Pan and Tilt capabilities (no Zoom) which well work using the ReoLink phone app.
Has anyone had any success getting the ReoLink Pan and Tilt working with the Blue Iris v5 software?
Please help - I have tried many things but I must be missing something.

I have a Reolink C1 Pro running on BI5 and the PTZ works well. Don't know if thats helpful for your E1 application.

Could you post an image of your Reolink C1 pro camera settings from Blue Iris for Video -> Network IP configuration and Video -> PTZ/Control. It may be helpful to wvermeychuk.carbonatom13 wrote: ↑Mon Aug 26, 2019 5:02 am I have a Reolink C1 Pro running on BI5 and the PTZ works well. Don't know if thats helpful for your E1 application.

I have a Reolink camera that I tried to add to BI5. Upon adding, the CPU went from 26% to 95% and pretty much stayed there for 15 minutes until I disabled the camera. This is a system with 22 existing IP cameras almost all of them running .264. I tired SO MANY settings, and nothing helped.
Could it be the camera? Sure. But, I went to AMCrest cameras, and have not looked back.

@wvermeychuk Can you, please, share with me the configuration you've made in Video ---> Config for your E1 Pro?
I'm trying to get image from my E1 (non-PRO) without any success

Has anyone been able to 'fix' this? And if so, how were you able to do so? Thank you very much in advance for your help.

I just set up an E1 Zoom and it works fine. PTZ is a bit silly due to a delay and it not stopping, but I set that from the Reolink up and don't really use PTZ anyway. Mine's set up as per the Reolink Gotcha thread using RTMP and setting H264 to base. I'm guessing the E1 Pro may be the same.
Re: Will ReoLink E1 Pro Pan/Tilt work with BI? How?
Yes, both E1 Pro and C1 Pro pan and tilt work just fine with BI5. I worked with some E1 Pro's just a few weeks ago. Decided to send them back and get the older C1 Pro's instead. I simply like the C1 Pro's better - 105 degree tilt as opposed to 50 for the E1, has an ethernet port, and has a wall and ceiling mount bracket. And both models are dirt cheap at about $30 each on eBay (Reolink renewed, yet you'd swear they are new). Regardless, either one works just fine. In the case of my C1 Pro's (six of them, running wireless at 4Mp, perfectly) they all pan and tilt just the way we would expect them to. Here's a couple config screen shots. Interestingly I didn't realize my PTZ config was set using the shown Swann camera setting. Must have defaulted to that setting. But also realize there is a Reolink setting available in the drop-down menu, and I'm almost sure I tried that one too and found it to work properly as well. I opened the menu on the first screen shot to show the E1 RTMP choice as well. I may have even used the C1 config choice for the E1 cams - can't remember, but I can say that both cam models' pan and tilt worked perfectly. Essentially they're both the exact same camera except for what I pointed out, above. I like the C1 Pro's A LOT, even though Reolink get's a bad rap for reasons that I simply don't agree about.
