How to Purge clips\files when total space used is 500G?

Under the main "settings", "clips and archiving" with the NEW tab selected (default file location) enter 500 GB by the limit size box and do not check the limit clip age box. Below that check the DELETE box.
When the files reach 500 GB BI will start deleting the older files. Normally the "stored" option is not needed.
In my example below, I have 8 TB set as I am using a 10 TB drive.
The second pic is from the STATUS monitor. You may need to rebuild the database once the above change is made.
